Owner/Manager Bob Heald grew up in Corvallis, attending both Corvallis High School and Oregon State University where he holds two undergraduate science degrees and a graduate degree in Atmospheric Sciences. His family’s construction business has helped Corvallis expand and develop for more than 40 years.

He owned and managed Kings & Grant Professional Center from 1985 to 2007. Bob valued relationships with his tenants; some rented from him for over 15 years. His current focus is sustainable agriculture applications for Colorado Lake Farm.

Heald Enterprises’ properties and business interests continue to grow in the Central Willamette Valley.
